These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at meadowandbirch.co (the “Site”) and the digital products sold on it, including the UGC Toolkit (the “Product”), operated by Meadow and Birch Marketing LLC (“Meadow and Birch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Product.
The UGC Toolkit is a digital-only product delivered electronically. It is not a physical good, and nothing will be shipped to you. Access is provided through a login that is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, generally within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed.
We may update, add to, or improve the content included in the Product from time to time. Where noted on the Site, such updates are included in your purchase at no additional cost.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details; see our Privacy Policy for more on how payment information is handled.
The Product is sold as a single, one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and you will not be charged again for the same Product unless you separately choose to purchase something else from us in the future.
When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product and its contents for your own business. This license is for your own use only.
Unless we’ve agreed with you in writing otherwise, you may not:
You’re welcome to fill in, adapt, and use the templates, contracts, and calculators inside the Product as part of your own creator business, including with your own clients and brand partners.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything that happens through your account. Let us know right away at meadowandbirchco@gmail.com if you believe your access has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, including the license restrictions in Section 4.
The Product, including its templates, calculators, written guidance, design, and branding, is owned by Meadow and Birch and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Product gives you a license to use it as described in Section 4 — it does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
The Product, including any rate calculators, contract templates, and business guidance it contains, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional, before relying on it for decisions specific to your situation.
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadow and Birch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product or the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our Product or business changes. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
