The UGC Toolkit is a digital product. Your login is emailed to you within minutes of your payment going through, which means you have everything you paid for immediately and there is nothing to send back. For that reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits once a purchase is complete.

Once your access is created, the whole Toolkit is yours: every template, every calculator, every printable. There is no way to return a contract template you have already downloaded, and no way for us to take it back. Selling it this way is also what keeps it at one flat payment instead of building the cost of returns into the price.
The Toolkit is delivered electronically. Nothing ships, so there is nothing to return, exchange, or mail back to us.
If your login email never arrives, or you cannot get into the Toolkit after paying, that is a support problem and we will fix it. Check your spam and promotions folders first, then email meadowandbirchco@gmail.com from the same address you used at checkout and we will get you access.
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order you did not place, that is a billing error, not a refund request. Email meadowandbirchco@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it and return the extra charge.
Because this policy is final, we would rather answer your questions first. If you are not sure whether the Toolkit covers what you need, email meadowandbirchco@gmail.com before you buy and Samantha will tell you honestly.
If something is wrong with your purchase, please email us first. We answer every message, and we can almost always sort it out faster than a card dispute can.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live. Where the law requires a remedy we cannot contract out of, we will honor it.
